We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] we will handle your case in 2 working days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
1. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
2. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
3. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
4. Postage cost in non-refundable.
5. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-ZACHICS products.
Note: -Responsibility for incorrect address is at the customer's expense.
-Once Zachics has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is offered. Zachics reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender, at customers expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

Damages and issues
If you have received a faulty item, please email [email protected]zachics.com.With faulty items, we will repair or replace the item. If item cant be repaired or replaced, only then will refund be issued.
